Many of my teenage friends get pimples as like curse, they get always depressed with that all of time thinking and getting sad for that. 3. EATING HOT & SPICY THINGS – most of the times it is seen that teenagers love hot and spicy foods that may cause acidity and gastric problems in stomach and causes difficulty in digestion leads to pimples and oily skin.So spicy and hot foods should be avoided, it helps to reduce pimples on face.
4. MASTURBATION – This factor is partially correct in case of pimples and skin problems. Some of peoples may get skin problems after masturbation as our skin and whole body get little weak and prone to infections bacteria for sometime and in that period the heat outsides causes pimples blackheads on face and body as well.While some of peoples doens’t get same problem after that.
5.CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE – In today’s world there’s a lack of time to everyone and they forgets to take care of their body which causes them problems later on and leads to lack of confidence and energy.So cleanliness & hygiene is must for glowing clean face and body, you just can’t get rid of acne overnight.
